Optimal Home Care & Staffing LLC, is a medical staffing agency that provides short and long term health care personnel and recruiting services. Our agency serves  skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, board & care homes, doctor's offices, and schools in Riverside County and San Diego county areas.

In addition, each nurse candidate undergoes a  20-hour skills orientation before he or she is ever sent out on an assignment.
